HOW TO MAKE WALNUT MILK 1 LITER

  • Fats: 650 g
  • Proteins: 150 g
  • Fiber: 60 g

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 - 4 measuring cups(30ml) of walnuts
  • 1 liter of water

PROGRAM SELECTION:

  • If you prefer fresh walnut milk, select the "Nut Milk" program. This will create a cold, refreshing walnut milk.
  • If you'd like hot walnut milk, choose the "Soy Milk" program, which heats the milk during the blending process.

STRAIN (Optional):

  • If you desire a smoother texture, strain the milk using the provided fine mesh strainer from the Mylk Kit.
  • Place the strainer over a bowl or jug and pour the freshly made milk through it.
