Pea and Spinach Soup Recipe

HOW TO MAKE PEA AND SPINACH SOUP  

  • 200 grams peas ( frozen or fresh)
  • 75 grams spinach
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt & pepper
  • vegetable broth

Instructions 

  • Peel and cut to small pieces all your vegetables.
  • Put the ingredients into the Mylk Machine.
  • Pour vegetable broth between the levels indicated inside the Mylk.
  • Properly close the machine.
  • Plug in the Mylk and by pressing the select button choose Baby Food program. 
  • Press the start button. 
  • After 20 minutes Mylk starts beeping, this means your soup is done.
  • Unplug the Mylk and open it.
  • You can also decorate it with coconut cream or grated cheese.
  • Enjoy.
