Creamy Beet Soup Recipe

HOW TO MAKE CREAMY BEET SOUP  

  • 400 grams beet, peeled & diced
  • 200 grams potatoes, peeled & diced
  • 1 red onion, peeled & diced
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled & chopped
  • 1 piece of fresh ginger, aprox. 2-inch (5cm) chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2-3 Mylk Machine cup cashews
  • vegetable broth
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions 

  • Peel and cut into small pieces all your vegetables.
  • Add all ingredients into the Mylk Machine.
  • Pour the vegetable broth between the levels indicated inside.
  • Add your salt and pepper to taste.
  • Close the machine properly.
  • Plugin Mylk and choose the Baby Food program by pressing the Select button.
  • Press the start button.
  • After 20 minutes, Mylk will start beeping. This means your soup is done.
  • Unplug the Mylk and then open it.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
  • Your soup will last in the fridge for several days and when frozen for up to a month.
  • Enjoy.
